Should have bought it earlier
I love my Snoogle and should have bought it earlier. It is expensive for a pillow, but getting a nights rest is priceless. All of my non-pregnant friends and my husband want to steal it.
As some earlier reviews have mentioned, the fabric cover is cheap and scratchy. I put a regular pillow case over the part that touches my head and that's made it comfortable.
There is room for improvement, but overall an excellent purchase and I highly recommend it for pregnant ladies!

Great for pregnancy, cover difficult to put on/take off
I was nervous to buy this pillow because it is large and a little pricey, but am very glad I did. It takes up a lot of room, but overall makes sleeping easier at 5 months pregnant and I imagine will make the next 4 months much easier. My only complaint is that the cover/case is difficult to remove and even more difficult to put back on. It took me 8 minutes to get back on and was pretty frustrating. Another reviewer made the suggestion of putting a regular pillowcase over the "head" of the pillow to avoid having to change the original case as often. I would definitely recommend this!

Best pregnancy purchase yet!
I love this pillow and can't imagine pregnancy without it now! I got this at the beginning of my 6th month and it completely changed my sleep for the better! I had been stuffing pillows around me, which were taking up too much space on the bed, falling off, and required lots of attention and maneuvering throughout the night. When I got this pillow, I could easily settle in and get comfortable and remain that way throughout the night. I just can't get over how comfy it is. I use the Snoogle along with the Boppy Wedge pillow, and place the wedge under my belly when on my side. The wedge is the perfect support size for me, while the Snoogle supports my head, neck, back and legs. The size is great, it doesn't croud out my husband like the other pillows did. I HIGHLY recommend this pillow.

Not for me!
Thank goodness I borrowed this- it's really not something I would want to waste my money on!!!!
First of all, it's big. But that's not a dealbreaker, I can handle big. Not like my huge fort knox of pillows was smaller! Other preg pillows are probably of equal size. But do note that it's a nice wall between you and hubby. Also, the covers are TERRIBLE, always wiggling off and exposing the center of the pillow.
The "C" shape presents an interesting question- put it towards the middle of the bed, or the edge? I chose middle, which means sleeping more on my right. But it's easier to get out of bed this way!
The portion of the pillow which is supposed to go between the legs is really annoying- when you roll over (which happens), you need to untangle your legs from that part. What a BOTHER!
I do like the curvature around the neck/shoulders. I find it very comfortable, but I think it contributes to sleeping on my back (which I find myself doing).
All in all, I probably wouldn't buy a preg pillow, but if I did, I would either buy a big U-shaped one (which you would need to climb out of when getting out of bed), or the candy-cane variety, not the "C" shape. It just doesn't work for me....
(Off note, I have noticed my sciatica is much better since sleeping with this thing. I'm not sure that's related or not- things change so fast with pregnancy!)
